Having a Fit life. What does that look like? That journey to keeping it fit for most is a long one. Some struggle more than others. Is it Genetics, or just hard work put in everyday? Here is my journey and here is what I have learned.
As many of us out there, women, moms, really just people in general, we all have different things or products we buy.We buy them usually because we believe in them we trust them and we think they are good for us. Most of us, we stick to same thing for many years. Many times we have a few different brands or products we like to switch through or shuffle them. Well I am no different. I am always changing thoughts ideas or just learning something new the make me want to change something to better the way I do things or feel.
Think of losing weight as going up a flight of steps. You must take the steps if you want to get where you are going. In today’s intro to my workout I talk a little bit about what steps you must take in order to make changes in your life. We have to learn to take care of our bodies. Not just fill them with food only yummy tasting food. It is only yummy because you have trained or addicted your body into thinking ‘this is what is delicious.’ Sugar is only delicious because your body is craving it or needing it. Just imagine reaching the step where you taste a sugary cupcake and immediately your taste buds and brain sensor are like Whoa! that’s too much sugar. Just imagine not feeling the need for a chocolate cake or actually having some delicious chocolate cake with Zero sugar. Yes that is the goal why because too much sugar is not good because we have to see sugar as a sort of drug we have gotten our bodies dependent of.
But wait lets not get to ahead of our selves. First lets begin with movement if you are not moving at all lets start to stretch.
