Sour dough bread

Lately with all of this corona virus Cover 19 I have seen more and more people making sour dough bread. I am so happy to see so many who have gotten on the wagon. I was given a sour dough starter a few years back and have been making bread ever since. I was 30 something years old when I found out you could feed something to grow for you to make bread into. What? so here is my process maybe I will inspire you to make some or you can go to my shop and I will send it from my kitchen straight to your table. With some shipping days in there of course. I mean I’m not magical after all.

This recipe is called the friendship bread. Why? well it is said to be passed down or given to you by a friend. So if you use this recipes or buy the bread from me we will be considered friends. sound good? ok good.

What do you feed say starter and why does it eat. Well you feed it starch and sugar. Ugh I know sugar. Well as for me I do not eat a lot of this bread because I am Low card and try to stay away as much as I can. I do sneak bite of the fresh loaves any chance I get. However my kids are are no said lifestyle and they love my home made bread. My husband will do a walk by and take big chunks out of a fresh loaf. Usually it is half gone in the first 10 mins of it being out of oven.
