Keeping It Fit

You want to lose weight but just do not know where or how to start? Or maybe you do know how do start and what to do but you have never relay kept it off for a long time. Do you maybe yoyo up and down? We have all been there at one point or another. All though there are many reason why we struggle I think the main reason is Consistency. We need to make sure we make it about how we live our life. What I mean is the way you have been living.Not to sound harsh but you have been living a fat girls lifestyle. Or a skinny fat girl life style for all those girls out there size 6-8 who look good but don’t look GOOD you know the skinny fat who are thing but soft around the tummy or arms and legs. we all hate this reading of oh hey I look good in jeans but I hate my naked body. How about you love your nakedness it’s who you are. And I am not saying you are ugly at all, all women are beautiful especially when they are happy in their skin. But are you truly happy? I know I was not. I have been the skinny fat girl size 6-8 I have been the chubby girl size 14 and yes that is not a big size relative to other sizes but it was my AHA moment where I was like “no way I am going to go up another pant size and there is no way I am going to see a 2 in front of a number on the scale.”

I love love love food I always have and for me that is the hardest part as I think it is for most. Although workouts are also not fun. Oh I wish how I could sit and eat anything I want for ever and look amazing naked with a tight ASS and a flat stomach where muffin tops are not existent and my boobs are on point. hahah the boob days are definitely over after having 4 nursing babies. Only thing to fix that is a boob job which is a whole other topic. but I can do something about my ass without getting the BBL and I can also do something about my Belly. No I do not want to be over toned or a body builder that is not my dream body. I think I have an attainable body look. I have an ideal of what I want and I am done thinking that it is genetics that I have not but to that I have all my fat in my tummy. Yes that is genetics where we store fat but what is not genetic is what we look like when we actually try to care for our bodies and how we look when we watch what we eat and actually stop the out of control addiction to sugar we have. And addiction to processed carbs and no regard to veggies and fruit. and protein and good fats.

Let us start by moving. Let’s move from one lifestyle to the other. Let’s make our lifestyle change our bodies, let’s start from with in from the nitty gritty from the food that nourishes our bodies. I promise that when you make this change you will feel amazing. Yes working out is where you will see a physical transformation where your muscles will get toned and strong and yes you will lose weight and burn fat yes yes yes. however I say start with the food start eliminating things you know are not the best for you like the late night sugar binges of ice cream and Oreos. Oh wow that sounds good. Ha I struggle too and I even some days give in and have myself a treat and eat the Nutty Coconut Ice Cream from Baskin Robins yes I do that too but I do not do it for weeks and months on end any more. I have some and then I don’t buy It again for 6 months or more why cause I am only human and I will eat it all. It is delicious.

I will make a special Keto version of this one day. But until then I need to stay away. It is really sad that most of the consumerism done is for sugary foods and processed food. This as a society has to change I think since the 50s or so when sugar and processed foods really came to market is when obesity began to be a thing. Food manufacturers know ow addicting foods can be and they use that to their money making advantage. they dont care about you and your body. We need to care for our bodies and realize that the reasons we can not stop is not because it is that delicious it is because in reality we are addicted to these foods they make out minds feel things like endorphins that we get from eating sugar. But only because we are addicted yes you are addicted to these foods and so was I. I never know if but my body was asking me for the sugary carb filled foods that would fill me up quickly only to be consumed by my body for energy only to quickly give out and needing more to keep going. This is a vicious cycle never ending if we don’t put a stop to it. Really it’s just knowledge of what goes in how it is used and how we feel afterwards. I am hear to help you understand see and make changes. Changes that make you happy in your new lifestyle changes that feel right not like you are depriving your self just to be skinny. No we do not want that, we want to feel amazing and look amazing too. We want to have freedom of low what to eat and not needing the other things but having them to enjoy them. Workouts do not have to be hours long and you do not need a bunch of equipment. 20-30 mins a day 3 times a week to start is all you need to look good and feel good.
